According to Vincit's Articles of Association, the company has a CEO who is elected by the Board.
Vincit's CEO is Julius Manni. The President and CEO manages and develops the company's business and is responsible for day-to-day operational management and day-to-day administration in accordance with the instructions and regulations issued by the Board. He also prepares matters for the Board of Directors and is responsible for their implementation, as well as for ensuring that the company's accounting is in accordance with regualtion and that financial management is organized in a reliable manner.
The company also has a Leadership Team, which is responsible for developing, managing and implementing the strategy, business operations, operating models and other common issues of the company.

Julius has been CEO of Vincit since 2021. Earlier in his career, he has worked in Tieto’s Group Executive Team as the Chief Experience Officer, as Managing Director for Affecto Finland, as a strategy consultant at Accenture, and as an independent management consultant in several growth companies. Julius also has several years of experience in Nordic leadership positions in sales, marketing and digital business development at If P&C Insurance.
Julius holds a Master's degree in Economics.

Mari Kuha, born 1978

Mari Kuha has served as Human Resources Director of Vincit after the merger of Bilot and Vincit in the summer of 2022. Prior to that, she held human resources management positions at Bilot Oyj, Rightware Oy, Solteq Oyj and Fujistu. She also served at Kone Oyj as HR Transformation Lead.
Mari holds a Master's degree in Educational psychology
Kimmo Kärkkäinen, born 1972

Kimmo has been Vincit's CFO since August 2023. In the years 2016–2023, he worked as CFO of Fira Group and as Business Director of Sitedrive Oy. Earlier in his career, he has been the director of Affecto's Nordic CFO services, as well as founding Bocap's first private equity fund. In addition, Kimmo has several years of experience in business development and financial management positions at TeliaSonera.
Kimmo has a master's degree in economics.
